Growing old in Zambia, if you have no family to take care of you,can be daunting. We have supported a group of Old people in Kabulamema- building basic houses for them to live and shelterin and mattresses to sleep on. They have become a community and look after each other. This has provided support both physically and mentally. They sit and chat and cook around the fire.
